終止代理協(xié)議聲明

Termination of Agent Agreement

北京金訊合科貿(mào)有限責(zé)任公司與我公司簽署的代理協(xié)議自2016年9月30日起終止。

The Agent Agreement between Beijing Jin Xun He Tech & Trade Co., Ltd. and GMC-Instruments(Tianjin) Co., Ltd. is terminated on Sept. 30^th. 2016.

自即日起，北京金訊合科貿(mào)有限責(zé)任公司必須立即停止使用德國(guó)GMC Instruments GmbH集團(tuán)有限責(zé)任公司（包括但不限于‘高美測(cè)儀（天津）科技有限公司’）旗下所有的公司名稱、產(chǎn)品名稱以及注冊(cè)商標(biāo)（包括但并不限于’Camillebauer’）在中國(guó)進(jìn)行任何市場(chǎng)活動(dòng)。

From now on, Beijing Jin Xun He Tech & Trade Co., Ltd. must stop to use any product names, company names or trademarks (including but not limited to ‘Camillebauer’) owned by GMC Instruments GmbH(including but not limited to ‘GMC-Instruments(Tianjin) Co., Ltd.’), for any kind of marketing activities in PR China.
